Course Description
This class introduces students to a wider knowledge of the world. The units will provide students with a framework for analyzing and understanding historical and contemporary global issues while evaluating the role of the individual and the United States in an interdependent world.
Through a variety of topics, the students will develop critical thinking and problem solving skills focused on expanding their global perspectives.
The Global Studies course will be taught by teachers from varying subjects as a social studies credit.
